Since 1970, a long time indeed, DIL Studio operates searching and selecting personnel, solving humane resource problems in large, complex and relevant areas.

Dil Studio is formed by consultants with significant professional references, whose capabilities and experiences represent an important point of references for all our clients.

By following standard of conduct and ethical principles, we have gathered gain reputation and standing.

Every day and for each assignment we apply our capability at best for the solutions of the most different problems with the maximum attention, are they concerning either the search for a “General Manager”, a “Secretary-Assistant”, an “Administrative Employee”, a “Technician”, or the elaboration of a “Study”.

As a matter of fact, today we put our experience at our client’s disposal also through the elaboration of studies aiming both at getting a better knowledge of the involved Company’s human resources and at solving specific problems.

The way we work

SEARCH PROJECT EVALUATION

Each search is unique, with specific and defined needs, and we provide solutions made to measure.

At the early stage we identify, together with the Client, the key features of the problem trough various degrees of examination in relation to its importance.

LETTER OF APPOINTMENT

Based on our understanding of the problem, as outlined during our meeting with the Client, we write the Assignment Specification, that will be the guideline for the search.

CANDIDATE SEARCH AND SELECTION

The Candidates identified by the search system adopted and interested in the coming opportunity, are interviewed and evaluated considering their professional and human capabilities as well as their bent for matching with the Company personnel.

CANDIDATE PRESENTATION

The short list of Candidates results from a mix of good search method, sensibility and capability of judgment reached in so many years of professional engagement in the human resources field.

ASSISTANCE TO THE CONCLUSION

Together with our Client we evaluate and compare the distinctive features of each Candidate, helping him in the process of final choice.

We also assist with negotiation as a last contribution to the successful outcome of search.


How much does it cost

It will be a pleasant surprise to discover how reasonable is our fee.

It will be determined since the beginning on the basis of the professional service offered and it will be the result of a fairly and balanced relation between give and receive, that is: the right person at the right cost. Should by any chance the selected person not the right one – sometimes it may happen! – we restart the search free of charge.
